Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Free Service

StockHark is currently free to use. No payments are collected, so no refunds apply. This policy exists so that the terms are already clear if and when paid plans launch.

2. Paid Subscriptions (when offered)

  • Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from your account or billing page. Access continues until the end of the paid period; no further charges follow.
  • EU/UK 14-day withdrawal right: consumers in the EU and UK may withdraw within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. If you start using the digital service immediately, you acknowledge that the withdrawal right lapses once the service is fully performed, in line with the Consumer Rights Directive.
  • Faulty service: if the Service is materially unavailable for an extended period, contact us and we will refund or credit the affected time on a pro-rata basis.
  • No refunds for outcomes: subscriptions pay for access to information tooling, not for trading results. Losses, missed gains, or disagreement with model output are not grounds for refunds.

3. How to Request

Use the contact form or email [email protected] from your account email. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 14 days.
